1. How can I return or exchange tickets I have already purchased?
As indicated during the purchase process, once tickets have been bought and paid for, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified.
2. From what age do children need to pay?
Please check the information provided for each show. The age requirement can vary depending on the event.
3. I’m getting a “Contact your merchant” error during checkout—what does it mean?
This error appears when your card does not have the “Secure Commerce” (3-D Secure) system activated to prevent fraud. Contact your bank and ask them to enable it; activation is immediate and free.
While the system awaits confirmation, the tickets are blocked for security reasons for about 60 minutes. After that time, they are released for sale again.
4. I got an error and now my seats are blocked. How do I know if my purchase went through?
Check your bank account: if the purchase was successful, you will see a charge from us and you will receive your tickets at the email address you entered during checkout.
If no charge appears, the tickets were only blocked for about 60 minutes for security reasons and will then go back on sale. Unfortunately, we cannot override this process.
5. I have a charge on my card but have not received my tickets.
First, check your spam or junk-mail folder. Occasionally our emails end up there.
If you still can’t find them, the email you entered might have been incorrect. Write to us at [email protected] so we can correct it and resend your tickets.
6. How do I cancel my MiTaquilla subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go. Please email [email protected] explaining why you wish to cancel, and we will process it for you.
7. May I bring a camera?
Hand-held cameras for personal use are allowed, provided they do not obstruct other spectators’ view. Professional-grade cameras, large lenses, tripods, and similar equipment are not permitted.
8. Can I bring food and drink into the venue?
We follow each venue’s own rules. For details on a specific event, please contact the venue directly or check its website.
9. What does “restricted-view seats” mean?
Only the seats labelled as restricted view during checkout are affected. Limited visibility can be due to floor-level placement, safety rails, lighting rigs, etc. These factors do not block the show entirely but may cause some discomfort.
10. Are there accessible seating areas? How can I book them?
All our shows include areas for patrons with reduced mobility. These seats are sold at a reduced price and admit the person with reduced mobility plus one companion.
11. Can minors attend events on their own?
Rules for minors vary by city and venue. Please consult the specific conditions for each event and location.
12. May I enter with my child’s stroller?
Policies on bulky items depend on the venue. Check the specific conditions for each event.
13. If the show has already started, will I be allowed in?
Each event has its own access policy. If you are unsure, email [email protected].
14. What time do doors open?
Door times vary by event. Check the additional information or your tickets for the exact schedule.
15. Can I park near the venue?
MiTaquilla does not manage parking. We recommend arriving early; most venues have parking lots or nearby street parking.
16. Where can I pick up my tickets?
Tickets are sent automatically to the email address you provided once the purchase is completed. If you have an issue, you can resolve it at the on-site box office.
Important: MiTaquilla cannot solve issues for purchases made through other sales platforms; please contact the relevant vendor.
17. Can I buy tickets in person?
MiTaquilla.com is an online ticketing service and has no physical ticket outlet. On the day of the event you can buy tickets at the venue box office, though availability is not guaranteed.
Depending on the show, we may direct you to other authorized outlets. Email [email protected] with the event and city, date, price zone, and group size.
18. Do I need to print my tickets?
Printing is not necessary—simply show the tickets on your mobile screen.
19. Will there be official merchandise?
Most events have official merchandise stands where you can pay cash or card.
20. Can I apply promotions after purchasing my tickets?
No. As stated during checkout, once tickets are purchased and paid for, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified, so discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
21. How can I purchase tickets for a group?
Fill in the form on our website or email [email protected] with the event and city, date, price zone, and the number of people in your group.
22. The ticket price doesn’t match what I paid—why?
Always buy tickets from official websites. If the amount charged doesn’t match the face value, you have likely purchased from a resale site. Check the merchant listed on your card statement. For questions, email [email protected].
